365 special vs. 6401?

I own both also and would never buy another Dolmar. (read my other thread), I got a great deal on a 2065 a year ago and its definately become my go to saw. Last year there was a on-line place selling 2165 for like $469 or something. I think they are great saws for the money.

I've been running mine with a 16'' bar when the wood isn't that big and it screams, and that helps lighten it up a little.

They do, the question is whether the extra weight/bulk and clumsier handling is worth it......

...LOL - I never handled any of those Dolmars, so the handling part is second-hand info......:greenchainsaw:

They feel about the same to me. No bulkier really than any other saw of the same size.
