I listed this on the bay and sold it twice and both times the buyers didn't pay so i thought I would offer it here. Nice original edition Husqvarna 372. It was completely torn down and the following was done. All new skf bearings and seals were installed in crankcase. The crankcase is in very good condition with no breaks or cracks. The crankshaft is also original and is in excellent condition. A new crankshaft o ring was installed. The piston and cylinder are the original ones, not cheap aftermarket and both were in very good shape. A new oem impulse line was installed along with a brand new oem fuel line and filter. The handle bar is brand new oem as well as the clutch cover. The clutch cover is also the nice wide one. I installed a new oem sprocket. The saw is All OEM except for the seals and gasket set. The saw is used so it does has some scratches and scuffs. The tank looks like the chain had hit it at some point. It does not affect anything but i wanted to mention it. Looking for $450 plus shipping. Thanks guys

I do have an old Husky 55 that is super reliable. Gave it to my old man a while back tho. My Stihl 440 is acting a bit boggy after BIL used it, but have too many saws as it is that sit

Okay , I'll admit to buying this. I've been lurking on this site for a long time and needed something between my two 350s and my 394xp. I registered here as a newbie to chainsaws when I burned up both 350s and found out about the bad clamp on the carburetor boot. I've rebuilt both of those with 346xp tops and while I love the weight/performance, I don't like jumping up to the 394xp for those in between logs because she's a heavy beast. Saw this and the price was right 😃

Congrats on your new saw and your first post.
Those 372s are nice runners.
The plastic clamps are a weak point on many of those saws, but they are usually a secondary problem caused after overheating the saws. I've had many of them with plastic clamps and never had a problem.
