This is a vague question. Many things benefit the 372. Spend a day with the search button and read, read, read. After you have a good idea of what you want and where you want to take the saw, report back with some detailed questions. We will be glad to help. You need to understand a few things about a 2 stroke before you go getting crazy with the mods.

I believe Ken Dunn did a hybrid 385 / 372 but not much detail on what machining necessary. Even some of the original 372 big bore cylinders needed material removed on the outside of transfer bulges to clear flywheel and clutch side of crankcase. Stroke is different on 385 so look to do some fiddling with jug height and timing. Definitely not a bolt on swap.
