395xp 2nd time

if some one could explane this one ,
I just got my 395 back from puting on a new piston and jug about 2 mounths ago
Now today it blew up again it is all scored on the cluch side of the piston only ,
I have even went to32:1 mix and high octane fuel on advice from ed.
What do you think could be the problem.

It could be anywhere from an air leak inproper set carb or a bunch of other things. I would clean off all of the lines and check those first. You should also check the gaskets if it does not seal right it will allow air to get in and ruin what you just rebuilt.
