40 year old Partner bar/chain advice

Also wouldn't mind seeing a pic of the bar grooves....It appears that the bar is pushed in on the left side of the first pic.
I'm happy to post any and all photos necessary [emoji16].
The nose sprocket rotates smoothly I think but it doesn't spin like it is on a bearing iykwim. Thanks for the help.

The rim drive is worn bad, replace it, the chain is fine and I would true that bar up and run it another 500 hours anytime. We ran the Windsor bars here for 30 years and still continue to do so today, they are on par with Stihl ES bars and better than what many bar makers today offer.

Are the "Sandvik Windsor" bars as durable?
