555 and 545 ?

Just wondering if anyone has put 555 cylinder covers on a 545? If you did does it make more power? Looks like they are shaped different but same bolt pattern. I put 562 covers on my 555.

No 555. The 545 and 550 cylinder covers are the same. I was asking if anyone has tried 555 covers on a 545 and if they saw a power difference?

I don't think 555 transfer covers will fit a 545, but try it and let us know.

Bolt pattern looks the same but the 555 ones are deeper and the 545 ones are shallow and wider. Would that equate to flowing more air and fuel = more power?

Not necessarily. If the volume is to great less charge will get to the combustion chamber, also charged velocity may be reduced.

Makes sense. I just know guys have been putting 562 covers on the 555 and getting power gains. Thanks
