90SG low profile chain sharpening question

Just bought an Efco pole pruner with the micro-lite bar and chain.

Seems to be a contradiction between mfg. suggested file size and depth gauge vs. Oregon's rec.

Efco says 5/32 file and .025" depth gauge

Oregon says 4.5mm file and .020" depth gauge (no one seems to carry this size!)

Seems like Efco's trying to get this thing to take a little more bite and Oregon's trying to preserve the chain a little more.

Your thoughts?

Depth gages should be filed to maintain a constant raker angle, not a constant depth.
