I don't know who all seen my thread about dropping the big Ash tree down at my Mothers house, but I had mentioned that I had to go back for a Maple. Well, Dad and I went back there on a Sunday last month and Mom ended up taking a vid of us cutting the tree. I'm glad I didn't know the camera was on me, we all know how that goes.
Yes, critique me about not wearing chaps or a helmet if you must... The tree went down pretty darn good. I hit my marker (orange bar scabbard) right on the money. We had a little wind and tree lean fighting us, but that is nothing new. Y'all probably don't remember the thread about this particular saw, but the 440 ran great. I finally got it to idle now without quitting. Too bad the chain was a little grabby, would've made for better video.
