air lock

Got the cb cl 40 back on the pad filled with water and a smal fire going.
What I have a promlem with is could not get water completly through the side arm then got water past that can not get it past the exchanger on the oil burner.Do you think I have air trap in the line where i Need to bleed it at the hook up at the boiler

Might need an air vent

Or some sort of valve at the highest point.
