I've been using AM bearings for the last couple of saws I built, and I noticed when comparing them side by side with an OEM bearing, the fillet radius of the OEM bearing is HUGE compared to the little edge cleaning job on the AM set. Really noticeable on the PTO side bearings.
Has anybody run into a situation where the tiny little AM fillet wouldn't let the bearing seat far enough on the crank?
