came across this saw for the museum, the rayionier co, and the itt rayionier name from 1968 and up . and thanks to jacob.j saying that they had a inhouse saw shop that built some mean work saws for the co. cutters. now to find some info on the shop and the men that built and worked them.

and it seems that it has a 101 kart motor in it.

Interesting. Rayoniers mill was still going strong when I moved to Port Angeles in 72.Don't really know if they had their own crews or not? I know there were some pretty big independent outfits that were logging for them. Both Rayonier and Crown Z kinda pulled stakes around the same time. The Crown Z is still in operation(Different Name). The Rayonier mill is gone.
