Yes, about 45 years ago. The request came from the police who also requested that I clean up some smashed pumpkins on the guys drive.

A garden hose and water will bring down the paper.
Sure did my share of TP'EN in the Firestone Park area of Akron, Ohio as a kid. Some nice big oaks trees.
You know if you put the roll of tp on a stick you can wing it even higher!
