Man what a temperature sing we have had this week.
It's been pretty normal around here this year with wild tem swings.
Friday the high was 83 with a low of 36.
This last front that blew in last night is the coldest so far this year.
The front blew in at 10:30 pm and by 1 am it had dropped from 78 to 38 in just 2 1/2 hours.
That's 40 degrees in just a few hours.
My wood sales have been about normal so far this year.

I noticed the bridges in Texas have ice warnings so it just get cold sometimes!
They use to cover the warning signs in the summer, but now they leave them up all year.
I guess it's a mater of cost.
We are blessed with mild winters down here.
Thankfully it doesn't stay cold very long.
The longest cold spell we I can remember, it stayed below freezing for 11 days strait.
We get a dusting of snow about every 10 years or so and we do get icy conditions occasionally.
We do have huge exposed overpasses that get crazy when they ice up.
Last year I didn't have a single freeze or frost for that mater.
The county's just north got a few light freezes but that was it for last year.
