65 yr. old rancher in texas looking to buy a log splitter...must handle 25" lenghts.

this is for private use on my ranch for fireplace (6'X6" opening) and smoker..figure about no more than 2 cords a year. i have retail to sears, tractor supply, northern tool, home depot, loews...etc.

dependable,sturdy,strong unit for long term ranch use, splicing oaks.

your thoughts/suggestions...
