I have a Holt Eraser stump grinder that is similar to the bandit 2890. The Holt Eraser is very unstable. it has only single wheels in the back to stabilize it. The Bandit 2890 has double wheels and appears pretty stable. My question is, how does the double wheel attach. and can it be modifies to apply to the Holt? I have a couple of Vermeer 352s that have double wheels that attach in t
2 different ways. One connects with 3 bolts running thru a hub attached to the outside wheel. The other attaches thru a single bolt running thru a tube from the center of the wheel into the axle. The hub on the vermeers are the same size as the Holt. If I can find a hub from a vermeer and attach it over the hub of the holt using longer lugs, I may be able to us the 3 bolt setup. Any thoughts or ideas?
