Long time lurker, first time poster. I have been collecting saws for years and recently came across a Echo CS 8000p that looked almost new from the outside, and the seller only was asking $100 for it. I bought it thinking worst case it needs a new piston and cylinder. Well took it apart today and sure enough, the cylinder is all scored up on the exhaust side and the rings are stuck in the piston. I did some research online and found echo part# P050005320 seems like the correct P & C kit. The lowest price I can find is at RCPW.com and it costs $144.36 from them. I found it as High as $250, Ouch! Do you guys know of anywhere else I can get echo parts cheap? I don't want to put more into this saw than it is worth. Thanks in advance.
Best place to get a Echo 8000 piston and cylinder kit???
