Looks like the "steering wheel" has been re-calibrated.
Hopefully the bottom of the saw can be readjusted.

Yep the only gas tank/rear handle I have in spare parts are blue right now so it's gonna look like a rbtree saw. = )

Heck I would have just bent it back and fixed the tank with some dry wall screws and epoxy.
