blower on heatmor

I have been thinking on a blower upgrade on my heatmor. when I installed my boiler myself lets say I went overboard on caulking almost every seam and installed better weatherstriping on the doors ect. would it make a difference if I put a 3" pvc extension to the outside so that fresh air would be blown in the firebox? would it make the boiler more efficent ????? curious on what you guys say about this

cant help ya, my heatmor is out side,
it would help from taking in heated air that is for sure
