a little tip that a forestry worker showed me is to liberally spray the chainsaw bar on both sides, and in the groove with Bostick Top-Cote. It prevents rust , and makes the bar so it does'nt stick or bind in the wood. Equally usefull or axes, hand saws, chipper teeth and wedges. Dust and chips or dirt dont stick anymore.
