Bought a new Johsered CS 2258.

Stopped by my snow plow dealer's who merger with a small engine/landscaping equipment outfit a while back to grab a few things. They had a Jonsered CS 2258 marked down to $530....had to came home with me. They only had three Johnny Red's left.

It has a 18" b&c. I was kinda looking for a nice used 359/2159, 357XP/2156 or 555/2258 to go between my NE 346XP and 365XT. Kinda wanted a Johnny Red too. Guess the search is over.

Sons out making chips with it now.

I really like mine. I had them put a 18" bar on mine as well. I feel it's just the right fit.

Ed, cool man. It's the 3/8, .058", 92740 VD chain. My 365 runs the same 3/8, .058". But 20" and 92760 VC. Not sure what the difference is.

I wonder if I should run the same type of chain on both saws, the correct lengths of course. I'm gonna have to grab a few more loops of something for this new one.
