Hi:
I'm building a firewood processor for myself. I want to use a hydraulic saw but am having problems finding the right components.
I did find out that some guys are using a a Danfoss hydraulic motor YC series. I "wood" like to know the right motor to use with a 402 chain and 28-30" bar. Also the correct pin drive sprocket.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Give me a couple days and I'll see if I can get the numbers off my setup. If you need pics of mine for a reference while your building let me know. Mike has a 39hp Kubota diesel. I'm assuming with a bar that big you are going to have a good size engine.

might be worth while to looking into using a harvester bar and a drive sprocket for one of them...they would prolly be the most readily available and reasonable...ive used the big double ended woodsman pro bars made for cut to length machines. they are durable(but we are also talking a 60" bar)
