I was just reading about a place in central MA called The Ecotarium. The article in the Boston Globe described a canopy tour they offer that involved suiting up with harnesses and then climbing up on platforms in the trees, traversing from platform to platform to check out some wildlife and then a zipline ride down to the ground. I'll have to head over there to check it out.

I had some young kids making their first roped climb a couple of weekends ago. We were hanging at the top of their TIPs, around 40 ft. not a really big tree. I asked them if they'd ever been that high in a tree before, they said, "Yes! a couple of days ago at the Worcester Ecotarium canopy walk!" So there you go.
