This isn't QUITE chainsaw, but it's close. Just got a new(to me) weedeater, pretty much new, just out of the box. Has a chinese Zama carb, starts and runs, but it's awfully cold blooded, needs to be choked a lot longer than I'd like. It's too lean in my opinion. Has 2 mixture screws(I think!) but they are an odd looking thing, more like a splined shaft than anything I've seen before. Is that a cap, or is it the end of the screw? Obviously there's a tool for this...... Couldn't get a hold on it with needlenose pliars............

I know EXACTLY what the screws you're talking about look like, the cure for those, is to cut a slot for a flathead screwdriver in the top of them with a dremel. I've done it before, and it has worked well, or you can use a length of some sort of tubing to turn them too.
