Looks like this.....
Sure looks to me like Oregon #38594 might to the trick.
That's the Bailey's WoodlandPro. They sell all of the parts. There are a couple of different sized punches for different pitch chains.

Shipping can kill you on little things like that, but if you ask nicely, sometimes they will send small parts for less. I try to add them to a larger order, or order lots of pre-sets, etc. at the same time. Not a bad idea to have a few spare punches, as some people break them.

That also looks a lot like an older style of Oregon breaker. What is the source of Woodland Pro?

I think that they may also have been sold under the 'Carlton' label for a while? There was a brief period where they were discontinued and parts were going to be an issue, but that has been resolved.

I've got a 'normal' one and one of those silver adjustable jobs .... both work well.

One thing I did that really helps out .. Have a 16" square area or so around the breaker built up with plywood so that the chain is kept level while in the breaker. I think it helps make the task easier.

Looks like I'm missing a block.....

I'd like to find a block that isn't made out of cheese...

The one that came with my breaker like yours wore out after breaking a few chains. I ordered a actual Oregon block and after about a month that one started to wear out.
