Chain questions

Hello I am fairly new to saws and want to get some different ideas for chain grinding angles, I have a chinese 511 grinder.

I am trying to figure out if anyone has compared semi chisel with a aggressive hook angle to full chisel with a mild hook angle? How much overlap if any is there with speed and durability

Example: semi chisel with 30 top plate and 50 hook vs full chisel 25 top plate 60 hook

I mostly cut dead standing pine and fir, some dragged and some not. Hoping to learn from others so Im not perpetualy experimenting.

When I had that type of grinder
Semi chisel chain I ran 55 degrees and had good luck
