Chainsaw rotary gouging tool.

I am looking for a chainsaw mounted gouging tool for carving. I am probably not using the correct name but it is about a 3 inch diameter rotary head that is chain driven and is mounted at the end of the bar. I am in Canada so a Canadian source would be great. Thanks.
