I have a great contract.
I am looking for companies that have other information that they give homeowners to help there company be less liable to damages caused (not that I cause a bunch of damage) but I want to look as professional as possible and the more the homeowner has to read it seems the more apt they are to accept your bid.
Let me know what I should include when I speak with homeowners and give them paperwork.
Please do not post anythig that will make you angry if I go ahead and use it.
