I need to speak with a lawyer about getting some documents finalized for my corporation. Namely the buy/sell agreement and our corporate bylaws. Can anyone recommend someone in California? Hopefully in the Bay Area.
I would like to work with someone that has worked with other tree service companies. Not that it's important but I would like someone with at least an elementary level of understand as to what it takes to run a tree service company. Would rather get a recommendation than thumb through the phonebook.
