Yea, I know it's a Cedar, I think they will grow on a dirty dinner plate.
He's been there a couple of years, I'm just gonna let it grow.
A little hard to dig it out...yes, it is a railroad tie.

if youre sure handed with a saw you could cut him out. otherwise, he probably wont make it more than a couple years, judging his "trunk"(lol) size.
