CS 590 bar

I am looking for a true 20" cs 590 bar. 72DL. What will fit? Thanks.

A large mount stihl bar with an adapter. @fordf150 sells a stihl mount Total brand bar and adapter for a very fair price. A Total from him will be my next bar.

I don't believe there is a bar that fits on a 590 that uses 72 dl. Some use a D009 mount bar but they would be a little loose on the studs. Big Block's idea is what I would probably do.

There are no d176 moubt bars in a true 20"? I found a GB bar that is, but they arent in the US.

Check Left Coast supplies they carry some GB bars.

I did, they only have A041 and K095 mount.

I've seen a few total bars on the 590/600/620 with the adapter and they look good

True 20"? Guess I should measure mine... the factory bar is made by Oregon.

I wouldn't mind a Total, but the ECHO mount is not very common. So you need adapters... I think the Stihl mount bars uses 70dl. Why do you need exactly 20"?

Give me an extra inch of reach. Use a more common chain that doesnt need to be hand made.

Yes I have a 20 inch GB bar that is 72 links. I got it off eBay a couple of years ago.

My mistake, got confused

Though I had no issues finding Oregon loops of 70dl in chisel and semi-chisel, online granted.

I see it is an 8.2mm mount. But at 30$ what quality is it?

Right now my echo bar is measuring .067 in the rail and the chain is .050. How worn out is it? So I can gauge how soon I need to replace it.
