My cs 590 chain break is stuck. It was running and then stopped and somehow the break engaged and now it will not disengage. How do I disengage it? I can't get the clutch off with it engaged???? Or can I?

I haven't had that happen to my 590. Another saw, and it was a pain.

Obviously it is tripped. You have to untrip it somehow. Take off the shrouds? and see if you can get at the tripper..?

Maybe there's a piece of debris somewhere fouling it up. That is the first likelihood.
