Back up and running again...

It looks like the main problem was all that fine red dust from the bark in the air filter. Even though it looked clean, I tried blowing through it, and it was very difficult.

New filter, readjusted the carb, and it's pulling strong again. Thanks everyone for your help.

These will be finished down to 11" x 3.5" once they are dry, and will become interior stair treads for our house.
