Cupressus macrocarpa used for piers pylons / planks & its resistance to sea water ?

Web search finds not much info so does anyone know how or if Cupressus macrocarpa can be used for beach side pier pylons/planks
I have heaps of good solid logs looking for a use and just ATM arises a need to find pier timbers.

franga, thou no need to worry as I found Cypress while ok is not as good as other. The idea was to reuse what we have & we still may mill planks but not use for pylons as concrete or hard wood far better uniform in size and so easier to install.

sorry Frankston aka "franga" Aug storm blew the sea side section apart.

Near there is nice sheltered place to launch your Currach when done.
