Cylinder ????? 3.5 or 5

I got a 3.5" cylinder for free, nice working shape. Then I was thinking that I would like a 5" cuz it would be more powerful, then it would cost about 179.00.
I have 11hp honda and a weired pump off a salt truck, so I wanted to know if you guys would use the free one and take the chance or buy the 5" and be done with it?

If you can get a good 5" bore cylinder for $179.00 , great price ,and tonnage will never be an issue. Motor is good choice capable of up to 22 gpm 2-stage pump.
