Damage to 372xp

Besides OEM. Anyone have experience with ceramic bearings? If bearing failure is common or frequent on the 372's, is there better options is what I'm looking for. Besides fuel mix answers, I'm looking for real experience. This is my first 372 build and based on what has occurred I would like to do it right and the owner can get many years of service out of it.

Forget ceramic bearings.
The manufacturer put out a TSB in these regards and the issues disappeared when customers were told to run 40:1
