This log lifter/roller arrived today:
It's a Davis Starlifter - kind of like a peavy+stand I think, but in a super heavy duty version. It's 6' long and weighs about 24 lbs. I think the specs said max log weight 1500kg (3300 lbs)
Does anyone have any experience with these?
It's Australian made, but I think they have started to export them.
I was going to use a cant hook, but all the ones they had were pretty small. The dealer said "try this instead..."
