I aquired a Dolmar 112 recently that would start, idle, but die when trying to come up in the throttle so I bought a till.HK gasket/diaphram kit and cleaned the carb and installed the new parts.
Now it won't start at all and after about10 pulls she has gas coming out of the muffler and the cylinder and plug(new) are soaked
low setting is at 1 turn out hi is at 1 1/4 out
what do you guys suspect I did wrong?
thanks in advance for any help
Dave

When you replaced the carb kit did you use a OEM kit from tilliston or a aftermarket kit this carb is real fussy. Your metering lever is not satisfied that is why you are flooding the saw did you change the lever and needle? The module body that the metering lever is in tends to warp and probably needs replacing the part # for the module body is 112150451 I have them in stock if you need one the price is $13.80 plus S&H.
