Good to see some DR Powerwagon owners here.
I really like mine, and its made my firewood life much easier...and fun actually. Nice to be able to weave that thing anywhere in my woods and not kill my back dragging wood around.
Anyone had a problem with the belt slipping off the idler arm? Symptoms are that the engine revs, but the wagon doesn't move, especially in 3rd and 4th gear. Its easy to put it back on, but requires crawling on the ground.
In my case, looks like the center support under the weights is bent down...this bent the idler pulley arm down...and that causes the idler wheel to disengage with the belt.
Factory was super in sending me replacement parts, but looks like this could be a systematic problem, so I'd like to send them a heads up if others have the same problem.
