Durex 2 cycle oil

i found the last quart bottle of Durex 2 cycle oil at work and i was wondering if any one had ever used it before. at $3 it was more than half the cost of the MTD brand oil we sell.

just wondering if it was any good.

Don't use it! The "gumment" gave us Durex oil for thier saws and it wouldn't stay mixed(seized a saw). Premium gas and all. Don't know why but I'll never buy it. I used Stihl oil when using thier saws and Huskey oil when running Huskey saws.

i have heard of some 2cycle oils not staying mixed in higher octain fuels

it happened to my fiance's uncle the oil that was sold to him with his new ATV would not mix with the 100 Octane av gas he uses fortunately due to the design of the bike the oil went to the bottom then it filled both carbs full of oil stalling the motor.
