Dutchwest wood stove

Friend at work looking at a used stove, craigslist ad list it as "Large cast iron Dutchwest wood stove for sale" price $450. Does this sound like a good buy and how much area will it heat. Everything looks good in pics, just some surface rust from not being used. Thanks for any info.

Good price if the stove is up to snuff.
Ask the seller if you can pull the top off.
Check the dampner, catalist, and cast iron inner top for warps.
Air leaks cause them to overheat.
Large should heat 1500 sq ft
