EAB Question

Just wondering, if a county is put under EAB quarantine, can wood be moved from that county into an adjoining quarantined county ? Or are all movements in and out prohibited?

In Ohio the answer to your 1st ? is "yes".

In Michigan the answer yes also, as long as both counties have the same quarantine level or you are moving the wood into a county with a more restrictive quarantine level. In MI you cannot move log wood across the state line no matter what, unless it is processed and inspected.

Around here, they don't care what you bring INTO a quarantine zone, what they are interested in is stopping stuff from LEAVING the quarantine zone.
