I have a nice 600p that was diagnosed as having an air leak. Top end is still good. I was a go between that got stuck with a saw when the guy that I bought it for decided that they didn’t want it. I’m $175 into it. If there’s any interest I’ll post pictures. If not stay tuned for a part out.

Just fix it. Around me they are a $300 dollar saw used.

They are a tough sell around here. The only Echos that move are the bigger straight shaft trimmers.
Yeah, don't get me wrong it's not a farm boss/wood boss (lol) but people will still buy them.

I’ve seen 290s go over $400 at estate sales not including buyers premium and sales tax. It’s not two guys bidding them up, everybody’s jumping in. The same sale a CS2150 went for $40 with the nice black case.

90% of people that think they know about saws think anything that says Stihl on it is the best, whether it's a ms170 or a 440, makes no difference. That is some damn good marketing.

Pennsylvania. I’ll get better pictures tomorrow.
