what is everyone’s thoughts on the echo cs400 found one at a local pawnshop for 100 bucks
If the Saw has compression and the piston looks good buy it. Do a muffler mod, remove limiter caps on carb and retune. Great little saw.
Yea, looking at a 400 missing the clutch cover. Clutch cover is like $30 and bar adjustment assembly I believe was $25.Those 2 stupid little gears for the tensioner are $12.50 each.

Is that Pottsville, PA? I’ll give you $80.Well left the pawnshop today with the cs400 got it out of there for 70 bucks starts right up brought it home and tried it out before I cleaned it up and cuts wonderful can’t beat that for 70dollars
If I could only have 1 saw it would be the 400. The first 2 years I burned wood I did 8 cords a year using the 400 only. It takes longer on the big stuff but you can use it all day and it won’t beat you up.Yes that is Pottsville pa! You in the area and no not selling it
