Echo Evl-280 find/help wanted

2 weeks ago I picked up a cs -60 which was hardly used and runs great.
Today I bought for 20 € (26 $) a cs-280 evl.
Just cleaned the tank out , fuel line , air filter etc...
When I pull the cord with starter (choke) on. It fires up and stops after 2 sec (normal)
But then it refuses to start.
Normally old echo's you rescrew 1 turn H&L srew.
What confuses me is there's an extra idle screw , don't know how to adjust that (with my 750 I can see the valve opening , here not)
Pics of saw come later , any tips , ideas ?

Here is a drawing for reference. There should be one idle speed screw and two mixture screws (H/L).

I had similar carb issues with my CS-280E. I fiddled around with the carb for a while with no luck getting it running, then took it to the local dealer who had it for a long time and returned it to me non-running. I then bought a new Zama carb for it on E-bay (C1S K1D I beliieve is the part number) and replaced it myself. I've used it for several years since then with no problems. It's a great little saw, a real workhorse.
