Echo replacement gas cap, anything better out there?

The placement of this cap on my saw is not good (cs450), and very hard to remove without the scrench, and thats with it barely tightened from the last fill up. There is just no clearance around the cap to grab it. I am looking for a replacement cap that has a raised flat tab on it, similar to the bar oil cap that comes on this saw.


I want a gas cap that is shaped similar to this on the top so i can remove it easily by hand.

I have a 620p and was wondering about the proper fuel cap install method. Do I just tighten it by hand hard enough so I can get it off by hand also. I find it to be a pain to get the scrench every mime I need gas or oil.
