My neighbor brought me his WW with a complaint that he gets shocked when he is using this tool. A quick inspection shows the spark plug location is just where his elbow is during activation of the throttle. Looking at the spark plug boot there appears to be a slight abrasion in the top of the boot. I was about to replace the boot when I thought if this happened once it would probably happen again.
My solution was to cut a small piece of rubber from a tire inner tube and using Black RTV attach this rubber to the top of the boot. The additional RTV and rubber should insulate the plug from the elbow and stop the shocking of the owner.

Seems the location of the plug is not the most optimum for user safety.
