Just like Arnold... It's BACK... Last notification was Sun, Feb 14th 7:13 A.M. NOTHING since then. Thought it was getting kinda quiet around here!

Ditto. Looks like someone has been playing with user preferences again. Probably Gmail's fault. Sheesh.

What does Gmail have to do with preference settings on the board? Gmail doesn't control that.

However, if sendgrid gets blacklisted for sending SPAM gmail may just trash all of your notifications and they would never even make it to your SPAM folder. This may be what is going on.

Any users that are NOT on Gmail getting notifications?

Not a Gmail address.....and no notifications in maybe 2 weeks.

SendGrid is simply a cloud-based provider of services to larger email operations -- including those that many would consider SPAM sources. The secondary operations using SendGrid services are responsible for the behavior of their domain, associated IP addresses, and providing appropriate remedies in the event their domain or address(es) end up being blacklisted.

If Gmail is rejecting incoming AS traffic, (which they wouldn't), AS would know about it -- or should. That said, it's highly unlikely that Gmail would arbitrarily do so without AS traffic already being blacklisted by one or more of the larger RBL's. AS would know that, too. And while mandrilapp servers are clean at the moment, arboristsite.com is currently blacklisted by both Barracuda and SORBS along with there being a variety of misconfiguration issues among the three listed mail servers in the MX record for the domain. Pretty sloppy at best.

Here is what SendGrid expects from any customer who finds their domain or address(es) blacklisted resulting in disruption of SendGrid services.

Shared IP plans (Free, Legacy Lite, and Essentials)

If you receive a block message when using a Twilio SendGrid shared IP for sending messages, please contact our Support team. We will handle all delisting requests for our shared IP users.

Dedicated IP plans (Pro, and Premier)

We ask that our dedicated IP plan users submit the initial delisting request if they discover their SendGrid IP on a block list. Dedicated IP addresses are only assigned to one account at a time, so we expect these users to take responsibility for all of the mail that is sent through their account. SendGrid will still be happy to step in and assist with these delisting requests if the listing service requires the IP administrator to take action, or if the delisting form is too complicated.

Please note: in the event that a sending domain (and not the IP address) is blocked, that domain’s controller will be responsible for handling the delisting request.

Of course none of this addresses what happened to my profile notification preference selections.

@pioneerguy600 Do you have any outside contacts for the site owners? Lack of working notifications is killing this board. Lots of users just don't have time to keep checking back to see if there has been any activity on their threads.
Sorry, I just went to the moderator forum and posted this problem over there, maybe some action will be taken.
