Empirical evidence of good muffler mods?

Hello!

I recently found this forum when doing "due diligence" before buying my first pro-saw. The forum's already stolen several hours and answered question I never knew I should ask Ended up with a hva 346xpg e-tech Tac.

I'm sure it's good as is, but this e-tech makes me wonder if there's some easy extra power to be found?

Has someone tested a modded vs not? If not in a Dyno, maybe with a clock?

If a non e-tech muffler will fit on it, I'd get one, open it up some, and replace it.
Im sure some here will recommend you remove the catalytic crap, but I haven't had to do that (yet).

Here is a bit I did on a 359 etech, would think it should have some relation to the 346 as far as the etech.
