THE NEEDLES ON MY EVERGREEN TREES ARE TURNING YELLOW AND FALLING OFF . ONE TREE IS ALMOST BARE. THE YELLOW COLOR IS STARTING FROM THE INSIDE THEN MOVING TOWARDS THE OUTSIDE.

You might try giving the tree some Ironite. My White pine did that a few months ago, so I mixed up some Ironite pellets in water and fed the roots, then mixed liquid iron with water and fed the needles. I treated it two times like that for a week and it came back just fine.

Sure it is not a combination of seasonal needle cast and winter color? Many evergreens go seni doramant and get a yellow/brown cast to them. White pine is one of these, many arb's and cedars do this.
