The more I look at the exhaust port the more I invision a light bulb shape. Like a mini chamber inside the port. Widening the port 360 degrees in the cylinder. So that first gasp of exhaust can get drawn out towards the muffler. This might expose some of the deeper inner threads of the muffler screw threads. A light bulb shape with the screw part of the bulb towards the muffler.
